I thank you so much,
I have been pushed from pillar to post, with self storage outfits,
following moving out of my home and business , to my small mobile
home in Bewdley.
I used three different outfits, a container storage, and two
indoor self storage. I had access problems with all three, access
by way of getting in and out with my goods, and with the indoor
storage access pushing barrows and trolleys, waiting while others
unloaded their goods, on one occasion I could not unload my hired
van, for an entire day, because of customer congestion. Then I
found your store in Providence street, fantastic , over the last
three months I have moved all my goods from the three storage
companies into the 40ft container I rent off you. I have also
sent you three more renters that were dissatisfied from Qxxxxxxxxxxx.
I have now only one monthly bill instead of three, and I pay less
to rent this vast storage space from you, by about 50%, so I am
also saving almost half the cost. Can I also thank you for permission
to leave my car and trailer in the base overnight last week when
I had a breakdown, I am in the AA, but I had to get home very
urgently that night , but returned next day with the AA. Thanks
again.

Your advise was spot on, my inside self
storage unit with XXXXX cost more than the 20ft container I have
rented, from you and I have three times the space, and what a
relief to be able to come and go as I please, and drive right
onto my unit as you advised me that I could. What is amazing is
the junk accumulated by us, and I am also storing some bits for
my brother in law, but when I am down in your yard with my brother
in law, it gives us an excuse to have a few pints next door in
the Swan, good brew there, recommended by us. I have enclosed
the security details for my brother in law as requested by your
security department, so that he can visit without me.

This might be an idea for others, when
we moved home last year, my husband ordered a skip, for what he
thought was rubbish, or not needed in our new home, and I cancelled
it the next day, because we had rented a 20ft container from you,
prior to our move, and we had loads of spare space available,
so I thought I would ferry the so called junk over to Cradley
Heath and sell it at boot fairs and e-bay. I did countless trips
in my old banger and t really is surprising what you keep over
the years. My first saving was £150 for the skip, we had
several really hot weekends and I did boot fairs, after expenses
I had accumulated £350. I did no more boot sales for months
as the weather did not suit me, I did another series of Boot sales
working the junk stock down that I had stored in the container,
I tried to get rid of the bulky first. I had accumulated another
£600. The next few weeks I met a trader in Brownhills Market,
he worked with his wife selling house clearances and junk really,
worse quality than my husband wanted to skip, and came from Dudley
and was desperate for storage, cheap storage really. I asked if
he would be interested in sharing my container, but he said that
a 20ft was to small, you kindly found me a 40ft container and
Jeff and his wife took on the rental from you for that, and they
let me move what was left over from our container into their container,
rent free. I then returned our empty container back to you. I
calculated that renting the 20ft container off you for nine months
made me over £2000. So a big thank to you for all your kind
support.
